Returns
- You must return all products bought online within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
- Charity Cosmetic Bags and Gift Vouchers are not refundable.
- Return postage is the customers responsibility.
Returns on Full Price Items
- Full price items can be returned for an refund, exchange or store credit.
- Return postage is the customers responsibility, however we will ship your exchange back to you, for free! *Full price items only.
- Full price items purchased with a promotional discount are categorised as sale items - see below.
Returns on Sale Items
Sale items to the value of $50 or less:
- No returns or exchanges accepted
Sale items to the value of $51 or above:
- Sale items (including full price items purchased using a promotional discount) can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
- All sale items for exchange must include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel so we can return the exchanged item to you.

Our head office and showroom are located at 3/40 Gateway Drive, Noosaville QLD 4566. Our collections can be found online, at our Noosaville showroom OR at selected boutiques across Australia. See our stockist list here.
Sizing
- Online sizing is one of those tricky things… which is why we created a size guide to help you make your choice. Figures provided below (in cm) are actual body measurements.
- As we are all different shapes, we also include individual garment measurements with each product to give you a better indication of fit.

- In general, our garments are generous fits including a larger hip measurement. We recommend going down a size in our pants and skirts.
- We give sizing suggestions in the product description when necessary.

Our Garments
- Our products are lovingly designed in the Noosa hinterland, Australia.
- Our limited collections are produced under our watchful eye in ethically managed fashion houses in India.
- The majority of our products are made from natural fibres including cotton, linen, silk or blends of cotton/linen and cotton/silk.
- All of our fabrics are pre shrunk.
Zippers
Many of the zips we use have a special locking system. Just push the tab in, you will feel a little resistance when you do, and that is zip locking in place.
Washing Instructions
- We always recommend to wash our garments separately first.
- Always use a gentle machine wash cycle and a mild ph neutral detergent (like Wool Wash) to protect your clothing.
- Wash with like colours.
- Use a laundry bag for delicate fabrics like silk.
- To reduce wrinkling (and therefore ironing!!) use a low spin - approx. 800rpm - and give the item a good shake before hanging it on the line.
- Dry your items in the shade.
- Do NOT use a dryer.
- You can use quite a hot iron on linen and cotton garments, but be careful to use a cool setting when ironing silk or silk blends. If possible use a steamer.
